Kevin King is a master trainer, who's chill, easy-going vibe, makes you feel like you just spent an 8-hour training with your new best friend. But this guy is highly intelligent, experienced, creative, self-aware, other-centric, and has a heart for the youth he serves that is backed up by years and years of both direct service, management and training skills. If my son or daughter were in treatment and there were 5 agencies to pick from; 4 who don't know Kevin and 1 who works closely with him, I'd choose the latter in a heartbeat. Those staff will be better trained and I would bet money, youth surveys would steer me in the same direction.
